Hiit/Strength training (40 minutes) 2days/$80, 3 days/$100, 4 days/$125, 5 days/$150
Mon-Thursday @ 6:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m., noon & 4:00 p.m.
Strength training sessions Tuesday/ Thursday @5:30
Friday 6:00 a.m. - noon for clients to add their own workout. Needs to be scheduled ahead of time in an hour slot as there is a max limit of 7 at one time. This will be counted as an additional day to your workout/ no classes during this time.
Pilates (30 minutes) $80/mo.

Yoga (30 minutes) $80/mo.

One on one Training available
